The Science without Borders® Challenge was created to get students and teachers more involved and interested in ocean conservation through various forms of art. This yearly contest inspires students to be creative while using different types of media to promote public awareness of important ocean conservation issues.
Eligibility: This international art competition is open to all students 11-19 years old.

Winners of the Science Without Borders® Challenge will be publicly announced. Prizes awarded to contestant winners are as follows:
1st Place: $500 scholarship
2nd Place: $350 scholarship
3rd Place: $200 scholarship
All submissions need to be received by Monday, April 27th, 2015 by 5pm Eastern in order to qualify for the competition.
Copyright: The applicant agrees that the Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation may use the submitted artwork to promote the Science Without Borders® Challenge, coral and ocean conservation, and the work of the Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation in all media worldwide in perpetuity.
The Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation may use the photo to promote the contest and use is not constrained by a certain amount of time.
