PHOTO CONTEST INFORMATION

Black and White Spider Awards is open to professional and amateur photographers shooting in all forms of black and white photography, using traditional or digital methods. We encourage classic styles, new creative ideas and photographers who are driven by their artistic eye and a desire to excel in this classic art form.

Entry Fee $30

Prizes: 1st Place Winners Outstanding Achievement: – Recipient of the title award “Photographer of the Year” – Publication in The PHOTO PAPER Magazine – Featured in movie presented by World Photographic Arts Films – Showcased at the online Winners Gallery – International press campaign and exposure
2nd Place Winners: Merit of Excellence – Recipient of the title award “Merit of Excellence” – Publication in The PHOTO PAPER Magazine – Featured in movie presented by World Photographic Arts Films – Showcased at the online Winners Gallery – International press campaign and exposure
3rd Place Winners: Honor of Distinction – Recipient of the title award “Honor of Distinction” – Publication in The PHOTO PAPER Magazine – Featured in movie presented by World Photographic Arts Films – Showcased at the online Winners Gallery – International press campaign and exposure

Copyrights of the photograph shall remain with the photographer at all times. However, all entrants agree to grant Black and White Spider Awards and its owner World Photographic Arts Corporation permission to use the work for promotional purposes, in any of their publications including book|BASIL and The PHOTO PAPER Magazine, electronic media or printed materials, including web site, online galleries, publications, calendar, yearbook, catalog, program book, trade show and exhibition visuals, and marketing materials, for a period of three years from the Nominations & Winners Presentation, without further permission or remuneration. Entrants also understand the work may be published in affiliated newspapers, magazines and periodicals, solely for the purpose of promoting the work, the photographer, and the Black and White Spider Awards.
